The 180 cm long padded bo stick is perfect for self-defense training such as in bo-jutsu. The martial artist uses the foam stick to practice using the long stick in Kobudo. The foam coating on the ends of the training stick protects against injuries during stick fighting. Regular training with the training stick trains coordination, endurance and mobility. Tendons and ligaments are stretched and all muscle groups in the body are activated.
