A. Right of Withdrawal Information
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract is located outside the European Union. (Switzerland is excluded from this provision.)
General Notes

Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. Return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components, if possible. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please do not return the goods freight collect.

Please note that the points listed above under 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
