EN – Shipping Costs for Products Offered Directly in Our Shop
These shipping costs apply to our own shop products.
We also work with selected partners. Shipping costs for partner products may differ. They are calculated automatically and displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout.
IMPORTANT: For orders with a value of 150 € or more, we ship free of charge within Germany.
All prices listed below are gross prices, including VAT where applicable at checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import charges may apply in the destination country. These costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After we have shipped the package, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the shipping carrier. This email also contains the tracking number and a tracking link, which you can use to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Within Germany, delivery usually takes two to four days from the shipping confirmation. In rare cases, delays may occur with the shipping carrier. Please contact us if your delivery is delayed.

Shipping Across Customs Borders
When shipping items within the European Union, customs duties generally do not apply. As a rule, no customs declaration is required either. The parcel is simply delivered by the shipping carrier.
When we ship goods outside the European Union, we attach a customs declaration and an invoice to the parcel. The customs authority of the recipient country checks the shipment and the documents during import.
The recipient is responsible for customs clearance and for complying with the import regulations of the destination country. Fees, taxes or import duties may apply during the customs process.
Please note: These fees must be paid by the recipient. Before placing your order, please inform yourself about the import regulations in your country. You can usually find the relevant information on the website of your national customs authority.
