Adjusting the jump rope
Adjusting the Phantom Athletics Tactic jump rope is child's play:
Open the cap of the handle. Stand with one leg in the middle of the rope and align the right handle at chest height. If both handles are at chest height, the rope length is already ideal for you. If the left rope is above the right one, the rope needs to be shortened. Push the left rope through the handle. Mark the spot (chest height) with your fingers and push the sleeve into place. Press the sleeve into place using pliers and cut off the protruding end of the rope. Now put both caps back on and get started.
