The Hartkopf pocket knife impresses with a blade that was forged by Markus Balbach from 300 layers of rose damask. This non-rust-proof blade is securely locked in place by a lock-back system after opening. The handle is also impressive. It consists of scales made of wonderful snakewood that sit on the brass plates. The polished nickel silver fittings and the beautifully shaped engraving plate add further visual highlights.
