Since 2004, the French manufacturer L'Atelier des Couteaux has been producing regional knife types apart from the usual Laguiole or LeThiers shapes. The LE CORRÈZE series, named after the region of the same name, where L'Atelier des Couteaux is also based, is the first knife type to be offered.
