Length approx. 100 cm. This bokken, modeled after a Japanese sword, is made of harder oak wood and is therefore often used for sword-on-sword fights in addition to pure form exercises.
Due to its good price-performance ratio, this wooden sword (Japanese Bokuto) has been very popular for many years.
The Bokken Daito is well balanced and can be unreservedly recommended as an entry-level model. Advanced users will surely prefer a slightly heavier model. This Bokuto is particularly used in Kenjutsu, Aikido, and Iaido. In contrast to the short sword, this is the longer version (Daito = large sword).
Whether the included plastic tsuba is used during training or not is left to personal preference. The plastic tsuba can simply be slipped onto the bokken and is then held by a rubber ring, also included in the scope of delivery.
It should be noted that the plastic tsuba is not custom-made for each bokken and can therefore sometimes fit a little tighter, sometimes a little looser, or perfectly.
Note: In this price range, smaller optical irregularities such as slight scratches, discolorations, small pressure marks, or minor unevenness may occur on this Bokken Daito made of ash wood. These cannot be completely avoided with a natural product and in this price category and do not constitute a functional defect.

Every wood has its own history, and no two wood products are alike, even if they come from the same region, from the same place, or even from the same tree. Wood lives. The bokken may have minor blemishes, pressure marks, discolorations, or scratches.
Manufacturer's specifications:
The tsuba is made of plastic and simply slipped onto the bokken. To prevent it from slipping, it is attached to the bokken with a rubber retaining ring. The tsuba can therefore be easily removed. Of course, the bokken can also be used without a tsuba.
