Where can the voucher be redeemed? For which products can the voucher be redeemed?
Vouchers can be redeemed for the entire range in the Fightwood shop at www.fightwood.com. The voucher code must then be entered in the shopping cart during the purchase. Subsequent crediting and/or cash payment are excluded. Fightwood accepts no liability for loss, theft or illegibility of the voucher/voucher file.

How long can the voucher be redeemed?
There is no time limit for redeeming a voucher. The voucher therefore has no expiry date and can be redeemed immediately upon receipt of the voucher code.

By whom can the voucher be redeemed? Is the voucher transferable?
Vouchers are transferable and can be given as gifts. Redemption is not linked to the person who bought and paid for the voucher.

Can only one voucher or can several vouchers be redeemed per order?
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes. It is therefore not possible to enter two voucher codes in the order mask.

Can remaining credit be saved?
No, remaining credit cannot be saved. The voucher value is always the minimum order value. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in partial amounts and the voucher value cannot be paid out in cash.

What happens to the voucher if the goods are returned?
If purchased goods paid for with a voucher are returned, the buyer will receive the paid value back after the return has been processed. The voucher is not valid again as a result.
